If your Events Team is dealing with the public, you have to be confident that they are recruited and trained to the highest possible standards.

The BKS Events Team are vetted to British Standards, undergo a comprehensive interview and are trained in both security and customer service. In addition they are fully licensed and hold a First Aid Certificate to ensure that they manage any situation your event may face. For those working with vulnerable adults and children BKS Events can supply members of the team who hold an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.

Our Events Managers will work closely with event organisers, door and gate staff as well as local police and the emergency services to ensure that security and emergency contingency plans are in place before the crowds arrive for your event.

Our Services

Following an initial consultation with you, we will visit the prospective venue to undertake a full security survey. We will assign an Events Manager who will be responsible for the day to day running of the event and offer you guidance and support.

The BKS Events Team are fully briefed and made familiar with the layout of the venue to ensure the event is managed to the agreed specifications and those of the Local Authority.

Our Team are easily identifiable in a crowd wearing high visibility clothing and should any problem arise all stewards have radio access, making communication quick and effective.

Working in partnership with our sister company Fleet Personnel we are also able to supply Corporate and Hospitality staff, Litter Pickers and Cleaning Operatives ensuring all of your Event needs are covered.
